2. Sole judge of what constitutes conduct injurious to the order of peace, interest or welfare of the organization (M.S.T.of A.)
3. Sole judge of what constitutes conduct that was, is, or will be at variance with the Constitution and By Laws of the M.S.T. of A. or the rules and regulations made by our Prophet Noble Drew Ali.
4.This council will be the sole judge of the sufficiency of the evidence by which such (injurious or irregular) conduct is shown.
